I accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (via direct checkout). If you would like to pay in a different form please contact me and I will see what I can do.
Shipping from United States
All orders automatically come with tracking. A tracking notification will be sent to the email you provided Etsy when creating your account.
I try my best to ship by the estimated ship date, but please know this is not always possible since all orders are made and processed by hand (and by one person).
International Buyers: Orders shipped outside the US do come with tracking numbers, but please note that your order may take weeks to be received. Unfortunately, this occurs from circumstances out of my control (customs hold ups, natural disasters, etc). I am also not responsible for customs fees. Please speak with you postal service if you have any concerns before purchasing internationally.
Also please note that I ship to your Etsy address- so please make sure this is up to date before you make your purchase. If you do not update your Etsy address, you will have to pay additional shipping charges for the item to be re-shipped to you.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

-No. I have moved on to bigger and better things. Speaking of which, have you checec out my custom pet totem option?
When can I purchase the custom pet listings?
-Because the demand is so high (and again, I am only one person), I can only offer these listings around the early shopping season (usually September & October).
What is the finish that you use on your clay pieces?
-I use a matte spray for natural looking pieces, and a high glossy water based finished for the high shine pieces.
Are your earrings nickel free?
-Some are. Please read the descriptions for clarification. My enamel earrings are nickel free.
