The Carrier of Western Legends: The American Quarter Horse
The Sacred American Quarter Horse Sculpture carries Western Legends upon his back. He is the faithful companion of the pioneers of the Great American West.
Sculpture: Sculpted from polymer clay. Hand painted with acrylic, and sealed with a matte sealer. His reigns are made of braided embroidery floss. He has felted pads on her legs to prevent damage to the sculpture and the surface on which it is set.
The Load that is Carried: His saddle is detachable and painted to represent a leather western saddle.. The saddle is made of polymer clay and embedded is a round matte tiger's eye stone. He has genuine vintage coins adorning his saddle, and red roses hand sculpted of polymer clay. The saddle blanket is hand sewn with pom pom trim, and various fabrics including fleece and merino wool felt. He carries a bundle of kyanite and also displays a white cowboy hat, also made of polymer clay and carefully painted white. The entire load can be removed.

This sculpture took several hours to create. It was made with love and contentment. It will never be replicated, it is a one of a kind, limited edition.
