Enamel cedar waxwing charm is made of brass with a silver plating and hard enamel. These little waxwings have been intricately hand-filled in the hard enamel finish. Charm measures approx .75" across.

PLEASE NOTE: The waxwing earrings are skinnier than my other designs, so they feel more petite.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the metal, tarnishing is normal after a year or so. This can easily be remedied 2 ways:
1) a simple tarnish remover (like silver polish) can be applied to get the metal shiny and sparkly again
2) keep your jewelry in a dark and airtight container after wear

The earrings were a gift, which was greatly appreciated, as these are her favorite birds. I was happy to see them offered. I felt the price was very fair. The arrival was slower than desired, but they arrived in perfect condition, beautifully presented.

My wife loves birds, and I've bought her every one of these pairs of earrings. And every time I give her a new one, despite me already having given her a dozen already, she loves them. Her face lights up like it's the best gift she's ever gotten, every time. I don't think I can praise these earrings more than that, but I would if I could. They're excellent. If you or someone you're buying them for wears earrings and loves birds, I have no doubt they'll be a hit.
